No response from pioneer performance

I have sent 3 e-mails to pioneer performance the last week and I have got no response. 1 of the e-mails was a order for a 13 mm sway bar to my 2007 Attak. The last 2 was if they had shipped the item to me. I have gotten no response from them. Are they out of business, holliday ??? Anyone have an idea ??
I also sent e-mail to Bergstrom with the same result.
Don`t they wanna sell their stuff to people in Norway ?

Most of the performance shops are in their busy season right now. Response to emails is slow during the off season but it is twice as slow during the sledding season.

You are better off calling them.

I would guess that they are still in business ... as I just got a flyer in the mail from them the other day.

i wanted 2 buy a rear shock and tried to call 30 time got the answering machine 1st ring everyone ( yes it was during business hours) set 2 emails and tried 2 order it online still got nothing so i sorta gave up but if someone could help or get them to call me 1-902-499-6156 i would really really enjoy it

It has nothing to do with your location. The shops are really busy right now because everyone has snow.

E-mail, rather than the phone, is the best way to reach Scott at Bergstrom. Keep trying.

i called him today and finally got him the 2nd phone call so hes there. he couldnt help me but tried lol.
