The 08 had a smaller diameter bushing at the frame end, I'm not sure where else the arms are different, if at all. I do know the knuckle/spindle is different when it comes to ski hole position.

I will add that the changes were noticeable. I've been riding sleds for about 40 years and the 08 Nytro was the only sled that tossed me over the front... ie: crash!
I changed all the front arms and knuckles shortly after that and rode it for many years after and it felt much better.

thats funny, Ive been riding since 1975 and the only sled that ever kicked me off was the first sc4 suspension skidoo (2005) X everone thought they were better than the Sc3 --NO , r motion and sc3 very similar and great suspensions , I have a M10 in my Apex and love it.I will add that the changes were noticeable. If you are thinking about swapping out equipment, a set of Moutaintech a-arms would be a good investment for your machine. I was ready to sell my Nytro until I installed a 41+2 kit. Felt like a new machine overnight.
