take it to a dealer and have them look at it - this is a documented problem with the steering components - i have not seen too many fights over the ball joints.

Does anyone know what a set of uppers and lower are worth? Canadian?

Or do I want to know??

you don't want to know since the lower are part of the a-arm. the uppers are not quite as bad , at least they are more easily replaced.

It shows in the break down the lower comes out when you remove the snap ring?
I guess the dealer "might" know...

i think thats only for 09+ , could be wrong, i will check mine out tomorrow when i get to work.

Ski doo joints stay tight for........well longer than the motors last!

Well - ya...
But SkiDoo motors only last about as long as Yamaha ball joints.

Changed lower joints last fall, takes an hour max, less if you know what your doing. Snap rings are there for a reason.

The lowers come out with a snap ring!!!!!!!!!!Its not part of the a arm!!
