start the sled with all the plug wires plugged in and remove them one at a time and see if the engine sound changes, if not plug it back in and go to the next cylinder

I did have the gas tank off to install kit, is it possible there is an air lock in the fuel line to middle cylinder somewhere. just another guess. I wont get to look at the sled no more till later this evening.
Thanks again. I will update with some trial and error reports later this evening

You could swap the center coil with one of the out side ones hook up the wiring the way it should be and see if the problem moves with the coil if it does its a bad coil

Swap center coil with one of the outside ones, and see if the misfire follows. If it follows, bad coil.
If center still remains dead, likely fuel injector/tune etc.

this would be your best bet. if the center coil pack has no response at idle w/ it plug or unplugged you found your problem. now take that coil pack as mentioned and move it to the outside.
on a side note with these fuel rails im pretty sure there isn't a way to air lock an injector. pretty sure fuel injector takes care of that ever happening but I could be wrong.

just looking at a graph for a nytro HP vrs RPM. MY rpm when tried was low 7000's so it makes about 110hp at that rpm. This at running 40o feet wot. Maybe ill try stock weights to see what will happen, is this a wise decision?

Ok here is what I done. While sled was running pulled off pto plug, engine shut down. Again when sled running pulled plug opposite side and engine shut down. With Sled running pulled center one and sled kept running as if nothing happened.
Next I started changing the coils and repeated the same procedure and tried new plugs in all, with all the same results as previous. The new plug that I put in center was as clean and dry as when I put it in there, this was after about 20 start ups.
What else can I check?

Also, I have my PCV unplugged from the loop, but has the same issued in or out. Just wanted to rule that out.
So you're not getting fuel to the centre cylinder....bad injector?

That's what it seems like, no fuel. Is there any relays/fuse/sensors/ecm that could control one single cylinder. Do injectors randomly go. Its probably only a coincidence that the injector went the same time I installed this
kit. Would it show a code if the injector was gone? I have no codes on the display.

I had the connector off for the ecu when I plugged in the PCV. Could the issue be in this ecu connector plug, or would all cylinders not fire if they were a problem there?

"THANKS" I took the ecu connector apart and one of the connector pins were pushed back and to the side. I straightened and line it up, plugged it back in. BAMM, what a difference. The sound of the engine is sweet, throttle response is instant. Now to put the PCV back and take it for a rip... A Big Thank You to all who helped.
