nytro idle adjustment screw

the only symptoms that i have is when i start the sled, it runs low idle 950-1100 rpm.
As soon as i hit throttle, it stop.
if i give lot of throttle, it's running fine.
The only problem is when it idle and little bit of throttle is applied. Like loading in a trailer or entering the garage.

If you haven't done this yet, drain all of your fuel and wipe out your tank. Sounds like you have water in it.

Ok this is a start. A few more questions though. When did these issues begin? When you installed the PC5? Did it progressively get worse or all of a sudden just start happening? What is the milage? What map are you running? Have you tried a Zero map or removed the PC5 all toghether? How old is the fuel? Did it do it last year or did this arise this year?

Alot of thing still could cause these issues. TPS, fuel pressure, throttle body sync, exhaust leak, fouled plugs, list goes on.

Loudelectronics, it is all good. It did not seem that he had alot of mods. Dynojet does not recommend adjusting the fuel tables under 2500rpm. I have never had to adjust fuel to correct an idle issue no matter what mods have been done. Leaning out the fuel at idle would also cause his issue to get worse and cause hard starting.

That's how mine ran and I had a vacuume leak on it. Was running like it had bad gas/water in fuel. I just started checking all the little lines running to my throttle bodies and found a bad connection. Fixed the connection and went back to running perfect

He said it is all stock and he got it used and it's done this since he got it so he added the PC5 thinking it would fix it
Check to make sure you throttle cable is adjusted right , new plugs , check all the vacuum lines going to throttle bodies , check exhaust gaskets , check you exhaust header to maybe cracked

no leak in the exhaust cause i have a brand new gindle full setup. Plus it was doing this with the stock exhaust.

i'm pretty sure that the throttle body are out of sync.

i've checked the tps yesterday.
16 -89 range.
it's ok?

X2

This is what I had said earlier. He should unplug the pc5 put it back to stock. and look at the sled. Now he is saying he did the exhaust and no leak. Well you must have knocked a Vacuum hose off. Lets use the KISS (KEEP IT SIMPLE STUPID) system.
Well leave Hindle on since you say it did it with stock exhaust. Now run around and look for a disconnected Vac line or one that is tore. One has to be off. You may have to run the sled and spray water around the carbs NOT INTO THEM. Use a spray bottle. If the motor dies or stumbles around that intake your boot may be loose or the vac line in that area is broken or loose.

The group on here will find the problem for you. They are ALL great help.

I agree with Dodge Ram. Check your vacuum lines. Your TPS seems ok by the dash #'s. The throttle body sync doesn't just go out. It progressively gets worse over time. I know of lots of nytros with 20k on them and the sync has never been checked and they run well.

sorry for stupid question but where does it start and end? clear rubber hose ?

Never heard of a stupid question. If you knew the answer already then you would not be asking the question.
But anyway I think they are all black hoses. Look at the boots around the carbs. Could have an intake gasket that has gone bad. Who knows. You might have to pull the tank off again and set it aside and ruin the sled and spray some water around the motor.

just plugged the pc5 with the computer while sled running. It is normal that the rpm on the pc application is not corresponding with real rpm? it says 800-900 on pc when idling a 14-1500 on the sled gauge.

Null or zero your throttle position by letting the sled thoroughly warm up while hooked to your laptop and go to PC tools, calibrate, hit reset button then open (WOT) throttle quickly then release and look for values close to 00.000 in window. It's worth a try.
