Had the first race this Sunday. Not to bad considering the practise time I have (one time at a snowXtrack). First heat came out good but was to nice and after first corner I was 5th of 6riders. Got to eager and slammed in to the 4th place rider alittle and got passed and finnished 6th. Heat 2 Was better if you dont count my false start. DAMN I was mad at myself... Well I was last by far out but did 2 good first corners and passed the one to 5th place. After that I was up behind 3-4th place riders but couldnt pass them and finnished 5th. Third and final heat I came out 2nd and finnished 2nd.
The Nytro is a fast thing Ill tell you that. One Nytro came in 2nd in the final and one more won 2 of the qualifiers but missed out in the semi. Almoust all of the sleds in the finals were racing sleds, XP RS and Lynx XP based RS sled. And the Nytros were very fast in the starts! Backe is a race with short heats on a flatter snowx track and then up a smaller slalom hill. App 2minutes heat times so the starts are very critical...

Yep. One of the Nytros in the race was racing snowx on saturday and he had boxed spindles like our irondog friends have. Although he had std spindles on the sled on Sunday, Why I dont know.
BTW he had Öhlins all around and the sled looked so soft although didnt bottom at all... Maybee Öhlins next year??

Yep, the thing is the Nytro RTX that finnished second total, had std shocks!! But Öhlins is always Öhlins!!!

For sure the more i think about it i should have bought the STD Nytro.

Not me. The rear shocks on the RTX is good just not Öhlins Good... the floats are not as great though...

Yea you are right on the rear skid but i dont like the floats. My buddy has a 05 F7 with fox floats when it got super cold his shocks do not even work they lose all the air and the sled sits right down on the belly pan.
