nytro supercharger question

changed pullys now running 24-31 which mpi told me would be 13-14 lbs boost. i get only 10.4 lbs this is at sea level. any ideas ?? it was over reving to 9250 rpms i know i gotta get it to 8800-8900 rpms but lowering the rpms will lower boost is that correct?? is this combo of pullys correct for 13-14 lbs??

Call ulmer he can set you up, and might have the pulley you need in stock.

X2 could be losing it thru your blowoff.
