I was almost as freaked out as the driver watching the vid! Could have been much worse. I remember a guy whacked a moose on the sled and did not live to tell about it.

Glad you are ok. Did that with an Apex couple years ago. Probably need to put up a deer crossing sign.
Years ago I was in the UP around 4 am or so and tripped one with my ski loop and then another jump out and run right I front of me. Thankfully we were slowed way down after the first close call or I would have got the second one. Needless to say we never rode at that time again.
