Well the day didn't quite go as smoothly as I would've liked. Didn't quite get done yet. Come to find out 1 a arm nut has somehow gone missing. Also have two lock nuts left that I have to find a home for. Not the one I need for the a arm though.
Didn't quite get to work on it all day, been battleing the wind here all day. Been gusting to around 50-60 mph most of the day. Still blowing hard now yet. Missing a few tarps not sure if we'll ever see them again though.
Tool I made worked good. Not sure what Yamaha uses but. Try to upload a pic of it. Turned it down to 1.75" then down to .70" to fit the bushing and then threaded it to 5/8"x11.
Dealer lent me a tool for locking the steering. I'm still toed in a bit to much. Guess I'll have to fight with it a bit and see if I can get the inner jam nuts loosened.
Everything's pretty much back together now again. Took it for a little rip around the yard after I did the alignment. Handles like a dream right now but I'm sure it will stiffen up some again once the ice packs in again. Sure wish I could keep the front end clean of snow some how.
