Last few tanks of gas i've put in the ol warrior has been 89 oct.
seems like the throttle response is a little better, my question
is, see any problems with this,she going run hotter??
i don't have the owners manual so i'm not shure what it
should have, alot of times i can get 89 for the same price as 87.
Any thoughts????

2 strokes love higher octane. stock 4 strokes preffer low (87) octane. put the 89 and enjoy the damn stuff.

warriors are 2 stroke so they perform better on higher octane. wont hurt anything and it might actually run a little cooler.

@Octane,
no it don't knock or anything runs
good just that 89's getting cheap around here,
so i thought i'd try it.
Whats everyone else use in there rigs 87????

Higher octane only runs cooler on the top end. If you don'y have a motor built to run on high octane you are wasting your money.
