2. Work on the concept of traction control system and high center of gravity (= kick back and drink beer...).

Havent rode it yet because I bought it after the season ended.
1 Swapped the plastic for orange
2.Twisted springs by Hygear
3.Roest skid plate,dash vent and speedo relocater
4.152 studs
5.Home made front wheel kit
6.Taller windshield with side deflectors
7. Hard wire and mounted GPS
That all so far but planning for skis and performance hop ups....

Just picked this up today. I'm doing an all new tunnel and this one is going to be as light as possible without giving up strength. Plans are completely new .080 tunnel sides(to replace the stockers), 4130 tunnel-to-bulkhead plates, 4130 rear bumper, cat braces, and slimmed down running boards. Also going to improve the suspension location and some other small things.

u-cooler to eliminate the radiator
Dirtbike seat with 4130 frame
Dual-rate Titanium springs for the Expert-X
2010 spindles to ditch my heavy, reinforced, wore out 08's.
Some other lightweight stuff
This summers focus is weight. If any rivet/bolt/part isn't absolutely necessary, it's being left off or removed.

installing photometric occilating digital hooo-ya valve
loose 20lbs from rider

heres my tunnel mod,,kinked the rear part of the tunnel last year so didi this and added better boards,,,the first thing anyone should do to there sled,,those rails are awesome strong and great riding on!

no it is still in my garage ... Here in italy is not the right season to sell it and there is also a little of economic depression. But it is not a must to sell it ... It's a fantastic sled and i love to ride it and i'll can ride it for others years

but if you want to do an offer ... There are only few hors of drive between us

I did most of my mods right at the tail end of the season. Enough to get one or two rides in, what a difference a loss of 50 pounds makes!!
Wouldn't mind shaving a few more pounds off the Ol Nytro over the summer though.
Maybe a different muffler (if I can find a quiet one). Or perhaps a lighter battery, nothing major.

Ditching doo and getting a Yamasqua!! Getting 2011 mtx 162 black se. Going to put on identical yellow decals instead of red. OFT steering relocator. Black hand guards, black skid plate, and tether cord. Also changing out the stock track for a challenger 162x15x2.5x3 pitch on avid drivers, spun by a thunder clutch kit. And the last thing I am going to do is a powder lites stage 2 turbo.
Asked for early delivery of the sled so it should be in any day, then road trip to Sicamous B.C. for a house boat trip while the turbo is installed.
Anyone want to buy a stock 162 track and or drivers off a 2011 nytro????
