Year 4 on the winder coming up. (Time sure flies!!)

I havent really blown belts other than during testing which I consider self inflicted. However, I just purchased Hurricanes alignment bar to see how my offset is. I am at 60.65mm.

Trying an O-S-O spring to try and pick up a couple hundred rpm on my dtya1s while running the stock muffler tunes.

Picked up a MBRP race exhaust for playing on the lake.

Ordered a new 22T gear with the oil holes and a Cat 229 center shock spring.

BOP driveshaft wedge, upper and lower RR shafts and tunnel support plates.

I also grabbed the biteharder stud sharpener so hopefully it works good so I can get at least another year out of my studs.

I have ran the 41-35 dalton helix for 2 years. Might try something different, any suggestions???

Installed Thunder rollers in primary and replaced all the plastic washers.

Who else is as excited as me for snow!!!

Nice!

My plans thus far:

BOP driveshaft bearing lock
BOP lower cross shaft
Shock revalve
Align clutches

Maybe:

Mountain Seat(I'd like to sit on one before I purchase one)
Tune with supporting mods

I'm on the fence with the tune. My sled is still under warranty for this season. It will already be going in for a new driveshaft and drive bearing. Once that warranty is up though, its game on!

I ended last year the HAPPIEST i've ever been on a sled. It now has over 10,000 miles.
But i pulled some studs so i'll be tearing it down for some minor changes.

-new track & fresh studs
-freshen up rear shocks with small calibration
-BOP tunnel hose covers since mine blew out last year
-new top gear with different make bushing
-weld the tension wheel
-BOP "brake bearing holder thingy McWedgy" (if he ever gets off his lazy #*$&@ & gets it done......LOL)
-new bushings in clutch rollers & maybe weights
-new bearings: brake, stub shaft, all in the gear case & whatever i find in the rear suspension

P.S: The shot fired at Travis is obviously sarcasm since i don't think he's left the shop since the Winder hit the snow
P.S2: I don't think Travis actually makes money off his inventions, but i think he likes to show off his engineering skills with just a GED

I need a second job to purchase all of BOPs awesome fixes for this sled. Some will have to wait till next off season.

I have ran the 41-35 dalton helix for 3 years. Might try something different, any suggestions???

We have shared clutch settings before I think DMC. I also have the dtys1s cut down to 72 grams, and also Dalton 41-35,now the Yamaha o-s-o primary spring you have to run, what was your intent for that spring, softer engagement and maybe more full shift rpm? What was your full shift rpm with your set up from last year, using the dty,s and 41-35 ? What was your secondary wound with and at what wrap?

I ran the dalton black teal last year. My thoughts with the O-S-O are that its short so its easy to get the cover on, it'll have a lower engagement than the dalton black teal and I'm hoping it'll gain me a couple hundred rpm at full shift.

I went with a Yamaha spring only for cost savings as I find the shipping a little pricey for a single spring from dalton or anywhere for that matter.

I run the dalton gen 1 black orange at 6-1.
