Did you need to drill as many rivet holes as for the OFT plate?I put the Schmidt bros block off on and it reduced the ice build up significantly.

I have the OFT plate. It reduces the ice buildup a little. Though to be honest my boot works better at keeping the ice from building up if ya know what I mean.
