The hole in the oil pan was caused by the installation of non-factory screws which hold the inspection cover to the belly of the sled. You can actually see a 2nd hole starting to form.

I ended up buying a new cover. Need to investigate why oil pan is so close to the belly pan which is part of the Factory Race front clip.

Now that you posted these pics the answer is very clear. The race front end was never meant to be used by the general public.
