Oil tank drain plug

Anyone know the thread size of the oil tank drain plug? Is it 3/8npt?

I just had mine apart and can assure you it is a straight thread, not a pipe thread.
it seals with an o- ring so it might be sae
But i am not sure, never actually measured it.
Someone on here designed an oil drain kit, if you search for that thread you can probably find the size.

I ask it because I want to build my own easy drain system but I don't want to change my oil right now.
