Has anyone figured out a reliable way to get those suckers out without messing them up? I'm guessing I'll have to sacrifice one for every one I get out.

If the arm is bad, put a cut in arm this will release pressure on bushings should tap out then.

if the arm is junk , unless your looking to powder coat , just cut in half , tap out from the inside .Has anyone figured out a reliable way to get those suckers out without messing them up? I'm guessing I'll have to sacrifice one for every one I get out.

I was surprised how wore mine were when I had to replace an A arm. I bought new bushings.

Look on the bright side of this - if they have been in there for awhile they likely need changing anyway.
Once they have been pressed in, they are so soft, reusing them is marginal even when you can get them out.
Just my ten cents.
