sounds like a cooling issue. is the rad clear and the fan working?

yup the fan seems to work okay and the rad is clear, only 500km on it

The tracks might be working the engine. Did you try running in LO range when it starts to heat up?

will try that, Rhinon needs more power

might need some water wetter in it.
did the machine ever do a mud run or get stuck in the mud? can plug the rad and still looks clean.

Let us know what you find. I suggested lo range because when I plowed snow with my Grizzlie the fan didn't run near as much when I used lo. The coolant circulates faster with more RPM's and looses heat faster. Also when the engine is pulling hard and going slow with lots of throttle a lot of heat is generated.

thanks, I added some wetter, double checked the rad by washing it out and will use low when in loose snow and let you know
