PC3 and Ignition on a 2012

Anyone see any reason why I can't hook a PC3 with ignition moduel on a 2012 Apex. Its just a matter of time before boost goes on the 12 and I've been using the PC3 to control timing on my older Apex. I went through the wiring today and the PC3 hooks to the injectors and TPS, ignition hooks to coils and timing pick up. Anyone had any experience yet trying to change the timing on the new Apex?

Something just makes me wonder why they haven't released the ignition box for the PC5 yet - seems like a no brainer

I always thought it was because there was si many variables in there with the auto tune on the pc-v, and that's the big push with the pc-v that power commander uses to sell them, that auto tune feature. It prob can't be made to control the ignition properly, another variable needed to get the fuel correct. Just my thoughts anyways.

According to Ulmer, the pciii and ign module still make more hp than the pc-v.

The ignition modules for PCV's are coming guys. I have several prototype units running right now doing testing. They have not had them available for sleds yet because they have not had time to dedicate to building them.

As long as the "electrical ranges" (I can't think of the correct term for them right now, but has to do with signals the injectors & crank signal receive) are the same on the older Apex as they are on the newer Apex, then it will work just fine (I don't kno if they are as I had to give them new details to get the PC5 built for the 2011-2012 Apex), but you will have to splice into the wires to connect your PC3 unit.

Got all my connectors so I didn't have to splice into the stock harness and got everything finished up today and it works great, Next step....BOOST!!!!! Kit should be in this week!
