I put Pilot 6.9 Skis on my winder this weekend. However, the skis came with blue loops which must go. Right now I am looking into matching the high-vis yellow that the stock loops were with the new skis. Unfortunately, Ski-Doo doesn't make that color yellow loop. Therefore I am looking into dying a set of loops to hit the right color. Based on past experience with dying plastics it is a lot of trial and error to match colors precisely and I would like to buy a sheet of plastic to practice on and get the color match exact then do it once with the actual loops.

Does anybody know what type of plastic Ski-Doo PN 505072102 is or where that information is available? I am looking into dying the white loops to match my sled but can't find anything documenting what type of plastic they are. The only documentation I have found is an ebay listing that states they are Polyethelene however I suspect they may be a HDPE.
