Hey guys!
My buddies 2008 Phazer RTX was on a short ride the other day, he got 4 kms away to a friends house and shut it down.
When he went to start it up again it fired and started then immediately died while flashing the engine light and fault 13.
He brought it to my place and we found a broken wire on clutch side plug going into the ECU on the airbox.
I saudered it back into the plug and we tried again, it started perfect!!
But now the fault code 22 is flashing with the engine light but there is no physical signs of a problem.
Any suggestions on a fix or if he can ride it this way?

Attention Snowmobliers
The Voyager Trail Grooming association has decided to stop grooming its trail system due to the financial restraints that SNOMAN (Snowmobilers of Manitoba) has placed on the club
The club has been using its Challenger 85C and a mogul Master 12’ drag for the last 10 years to groom the trails in our area. We have been efficiently grooming the trails at an average 19 km/hour. The VTGA trail system takes approx 40 hours to groom and we use approx $1000 of fuel per grooming
SNOMAN has brought out a new ruling that requires us to only operate at max speed of 14km/hour. If we exceed the 14 km/hr speed limit, SNOMAN is reducing our operating payout to 50% of what we would normally receive.
If we groom at 14 km/hour it would take is approx 60-70 hours to groom our trail system and increase our fuel costs to approximately $1500
By almost doubling our costs and decreasing our payout by half, it does not make financial sense for the club to continue grooming until we are reimbursed equally with other clubs in Manitoba. We have groomed approx 2750km of trail this season already and face a 50% reduction in payment
I encourage all SNOPASS holder to contact the SNOMAN office by email or phone and express your concerns about this.

So thats the story...
I don't care whos at fault. I just want it fixed.
Winters too short up here to be arguing about this!!
So now people who bought snopasses in the area that only ride that area threw 120 bucks down the drain. I ride with a group of 13 people who all have passes and 95% of the time we're on VTGA trails.
None of them will be buying a pass next year.
