Sooooooooo,
I'm still comparing the TD vs. Hurricane, vs. Precision EFI build packages.

Can anyone share their experience with Precision EFI's Stage 1-4 kits?
I'm looking specifically at their Stage 4 in comparison to the other brands (which have been discussed here extensively), and would like to know why/why not I should choose their kit.
Thanks!!!

Don't be so hard on yourself!!!lol
All 3 are amazing, fast, reliable and will make you giggle like a school girl!!!!lol
Pick your poison and go with it!
Hurricane and TD have been both a long time supporter of Ty4stroke and are paying advertiser!

Because TD & Hurricane are sponsors, you'll have TONS of info, advice & clutch set-ups available at your fingertips right here on TY.
With Precision, you'll be surfing other sites.
And i'm not sure there are any other Yamaha or Arctic Cat specific sites with this much info or help

I have the precision EFI stage 3, purchased through a sponsor of this site Ulmer racing. I think they do it best but that is just me.

I will use Hurricane always, since the great experience with my winder and knowing the owner for so many yrs watching his monster sleds run at north bay.
By far best customer service IMO too.

I had PEFI Stage 3 for last 2 years and it was a beast. Ran flawless at 18 lbs of boost (on my gage) pump gas. I think quality-wise they are right up there with the best there is. I probably wouldn't rate their customer service (which is VERY IMPORTANT) as high.
I have now graduated for this coming season to their Stage 4 (which is advertised as 320HP) on pump gas. Time will tell if it runs as nice as the Stage 3.

Supposedly close to 19 but the big difference is air flow due to headers (make more power with same boost). What psi does the stage 4 run ?

From the pics of each company's components on internet, the appearance of PEFI's components (mostly their welds) looks better than TD and Hurricane, just sayin'... but I suppose looks can be deceiving (especially when it comes to producing HP).
The only hesitation I have to buying a PEFI kit right now is that they do not offer CopiTrail, and therein, the data their system provides to the rider is only "Peak" numbers.
Not that I want to do the work of the tuning companies, particularly after shelling out big money for their top of the line kits, but having data across the entire rpm range of my sled still interests me...
