Preparing side panels for painting

I have seen some great paint jobs on here for those who have painted side panels. I'd like to do the prep work myself so I looking to see whats the best products to use. I'm thinking a sanding sealer? Thanks, Todd

hi todd, you must make sure you use a plastic primer before you apply the finish paint. Also the panels must be sanded super smooth or the paint will come out matt not gloss looking.
I would say it would take a few hours to prep the plastic so all those little dimples disappear.
