I put my put my rear skid back in the sled last night and found it to be a challange but got it back in. But what i did find was that i broke off half of the rim off the bushing on the front arm. See file, part #3.
I don't want to mess with the skid any more but if i have to I will. Like i said it's only about half of the rim. How important is it?

You don't want the bushing to move. If the tab is half broken off, make sure that you check on it occasionally to make sure that it doesn't come all the way off. If it moves, you will have metal-on-metal abrasion and track ratcheting.
