Quietest performance muffler

Yes, thanks Dan... If you are looking for stock like quiet while laying the wick to it... Sounds like a muffler mod might be for you... The power of a good muffler mod like TD does is as good as some of the big can aftermarket ones

Our turn around for stock mod.mufflers is 2 days. Ecu reflash same day. Turboforce now 2 to 3.days. super quiet 4 days.

I'm coming off a nytro xtx with Skinz undertunnel it's too loud on 200+ Mile days I'm looking for the quietest and that stays quiet no packing

thanks Ben....

so with PT flash, is the stock modded muffler 8hp LESS then SQ? Can you give more specifics on the SQ vs stock modded with PT flash HP ratings?

As for the daltons, which base weight kit comes with the PT flash and do you set them up with slugs or are we on our own?

Dan

Yes approximately 8hp... but its still a very potent sled and extremely quiet... with a nice factory style sport sound. Super quiet makes more power but is louder especially at full throttle.

Comparing to 1100 turbo version of the sq it is a little quieter.

It comes with the right weight depending on muffler choice and reflash choice. We give you a very close starting point.

The whole kit takes us less than 1.5 hours to install. These sleds are a treat to work on. Taking out the ecu is the hardest part and once you know the trick its easy.

Ben, have you considered buying stock mufflers from customers when they buy a SQ or TF Muffler?

You could offer a refund or discount on the SQ/TF and then get their stocker in return.

You could then have stock modified mufflers in stock at all times.

Just another cash maker for ya bud.

I usually have 1 td stock mod exhaust in stock at most times... sometimes 2. I still say 2 days turn around to be safe.

I could do that...

Dan you sound like you're itching' to jump like a Cheetah about to spring on a Gazelle. Do the boys on Dootalk know you're over here this much? The best thing about this sled is ALL the performance options with HUGE gains very low pricing compared to other sleds. Just picking what's right for you is the hardest part....we may have to re-name Dan "danwithOCD"...

Wondering what is everyone going with, I really like the quietness of the stock setup. I realize for good improvement we really need to go with a free flowing muffler.

Is the Super Quiet the quietest?

Which mufflers allow for chain tension adjustments without removal?

Is the Hindle loud? It seems to be the lightest and looks to allow access to chain adjuster.

I see Ben offers a nice package of muffler, flash and Dalton weights.

All good questions, and here is one more. Why do the muffler manufactures not have the bracket to mount the turbo heat shield?

I'm using the sandale 2.5" quiet exhaust and along with my Evo tunes and it works great and is nice and quiet compared to many out there. It also makes the same power as TD turbo force and hurricane exhaust with the benefit of quiet real world tested.

Ernie I got another buddy who told me same, that 2.5 sandale is quiet and great power!

I ran the sandale 3 total system on my cat and that made some big power but 3" was louder.

I wish sandale had more info on their site, do you have any info on the 2.5 sandale on pricing ect?

thx
Dan

Im sure that pipe works well. But
How do you know that they make the same power? These exhaust are all different in design shape bends and or pipe size. They don't all flow the same.

Our super quiet for example flows very well but not quite like the Turboforce. Our 3 inch race pipe beats our turboforce... our td mod stock flows less than the td super quiet yet a lot more than stock.
