Jon, I have not had a issue yet with the OEM bushing but with that said I have the Schmidt Bros. bushing ready to go in the next time the shock comes out for service.

Well I do recognize that bushing whereas I just installed my rebuilt center shock today on my 2017 LTXLE.
With over 8K on my sled and having to replace the bottom shaft multiple times, that top bushing like what is in your pic, and the bolt that goes through it are still OK.
