Rear mount intake for deep powder

Freak, not to say yours won't work, buy in Utah this year most of our snow has been somewhat wet. I doubt it has been fully tested yet. Keep us informed. Tuco rides up at 12,000 ft where you need an oxygen mask to survive (no you can't use a nitrous mask instead!). The snow is that real light dry fluffy stuff. At 10lbs of boost in a >2" pipe that intake is sucking in ALOT of air--3' of the extra fluff is a real test.

You guys probably think Im nuts but I leave my filter wide open hanging out the back with just the flow rite skin on it.

It sounded as though the filter was outside the sled. Maybe behind the seat on the tunnel extension.

Here she is. I just dont see having any probs with this setup. So far it has been unstoppable. If I had run the exhaust shrouds from the factory surely they would suck in the snow and it would stay, but this way it just bouinces off. I may decide to build a small lightw eight deflector but thats it.

If it works then great. I am a little suspect too though when you hit the real fluffly stuff. If the bottom is all sealed off and you are running MCs seperator it just may work as is.
