I'm pretty sure this guy is from the Midwest or possibly Canada...

Any other guys notice that when your young and fall you naturally roll to the ‘get up’ position all as one movement. Now why do I stop with my head and upper body down and legs up in the air? It seems like I’m going to have to call a crane to get up.....LOL

It's a little known fact Mark that as one gets older your bodies gravitational forces increase exponentially with each passing year. Thus the required effort to bring ones self back up from a prone position requires more effort as you're fighting the increased gravitational forces.

It's as simple as that :)
 
I thought it had to be something like that, couldn’t be that I’m just out of shape, fat and OLDER.
