I am Installing 6 Polaris size idler wheels on my skid frame in place of the factory ones plus 2 ahead of the rear axle to help reduce hyfax wear and would like to reinforce the rails to help prevent the rails from twisting and/or bending any suggestions would be appreciated pictures and dimensions as well and any unforseen problems others have encountered with this rear suspension thanks

I'm not aware of any Yamaha rail stiffeners available. You'll probably have to make your own or modify some Polaris or Ski-doo pieces.
I don't think the Polaris wheels are much larger in diameter than the stock Yamaha ones. I've not heard of anyone having any problems.
