I was adjusting the RA setting last weekend and my adjuster only makes one complete turn (360). I thought I read that you are suppose to be able to turn it 720 degrees? I did just have the cable update done.....

Sounds like the shock valve/RA adjuster probably weren't sync'd right when they put it together.
Here's how to adjust it yourself (if you don't want to take it back in):
1. Turn the adjuster as far towards max damping (counter clockwise) as it will go (don't force it, just turn it until it stops).
2. If it goes all the way to max damping, unscrew and pull the cable (might need a pair of pliers), turn the adjuster back 1/2 a turn or so, reinstall the cable, turn the adjuster towards full max. Repeat until the adjuster stops before full max then go on to #3
3. Pull the cable, turn the adjuster the rest of the way to max damping, reinstall the cable and you should be set.
Basically you want max damping lined up to where the adjuster valve inside the shock is just closed.

ReX thanks for the info! So how many turns is the adjuster supposed to make when it works correctly?
