Well here is what I got. The 2 bolts near the front under the tank on mine were so rusted, I had to drill out the rivets and remove the whole bracket. Also the allen bolts on the header clamps are rusted, so make sure you spray everything and let it sit for a while. After seat and exhaust removal, you have to take the header bolts off the engine. This will enable you to spin the clamps to get them off. Then loosen the 2 bolts that hold the pipes (under seat in front), this will allow you to slide the pipes back enough to get the headers out, and replace the gaskets. I got mine apart and there was no sign of gaskets. They were completely gone 4500 miles. My local dealer is giving them to me under YES warranty. Just a lot of work to change them. You might have to drop the skid to get the exhaust back together. Any questions pm me, or email me. Good Luck, my parts should be in today.

I had one heck of a time removing my exhaust when replacing it with the QC-1. It just didn't want to separate from the header no matter how hard I pulled.
One thing I found very helpful when removing my exhaust this past season was that rather than pull on the rear tail pipes and/or muffer was to use a couple sets of Craftsman's rubber strap wrenchs around the section of the two exhaust pipes (one on each pipe) before they go into the muffler. Pulling the exhaust that way allowed it to separate much easier than pulling from the rear.

sleddheadd, I took them from the service manual. I copied the pages from pdf into photoshop, and made 1 jpg. I got new gasket and header bolts from the dealer friday. They coverd the parts under warranty. Just have to put them in and get it back together. Trying to get my boat done first....
And yes it takes a lot of pulling and lifting to get the exaust out. Make sure you loosen the clamps under the tunnel, through the access holes as much as possible.
