Which would be better... for my 07 RTX. She bucks like a mule?
I could buy a used M10 suspension $350, add slides and rear shock revalve ...a other $100
Or I Could do a pioneer revalve approx $250, and new dupont sliders ... another $120.
I just put another used M10 in an older skidoo, wow...nice.

I did the pioneer revalve on my stock skid and it was a huge improvement over stock. My stock skid would not hold together though. I was constantly changing wheels, hyfax, and the track rubbed so bad on the shocks it blew at 100+ mph, that was the final straw. I opted for a 136 m20 that I picked up used and had the platinum spec added when it was at Fast getting the shocks rebuilt. It's been reliable but I will say it rides nice once I got the set up correct. Good luck!

I did the pioneer revalve on my last 07 RTX and it was much better than stock. Almost no bottoming. I've heard Hygear offers a really good revalve package too. I will be having pioneer do mine in the fall. I will be adding excell wheels as well.

I should also add that I am an aggressive riding and I like a properly setup CK. It you are a groomed trail rider go for the m10 or a monoshock.
I also ride aggressive and the m20 soaks up everything and with my HyGear revalved fox float, my Apex is a rough trail animal.....the only limit is me running out of steam holding on to the tank.

Where do you find an M-10 for $350?? (If you don't want it...)
Depending on what it is out of, don't forget you may need mounts too.
I'm in the same position as you, my last 6 sleds had an M-10, I bought a 2007 RTX and hate the ride. I read all the posts on how the revalve made such a difference, but I also read plenty of posts saying the revalve didn't make enough of a difference.
Try the revalve and you are not sure how it will ride, stick an M-10 in there and you know you are done. No one will argue the comfort of the M-10, and I think it is worth the minor perfomance loss on launch and top end. No more hifax issues either, you're back to changing the slides once a year just for the heck of it.
