I was reading over on arctic chat that there is a reverse update to keep it from popping out of gear 
It's a spring loaded detent to ensure the servo can't creep out of gear .....

I hope that's the case (no pun intended) That seems to be making more sense. Cannondale27 had a theory early on that the problem was that the servo was moving on it's own or getting a bad signal to move. I also had talked with Dave from Hurricane a while back and he felt that the problem might be with the servo and not loose chains or reverse procedures.

Yes that's what the detent will do , keep the servo motor from turning while ridding , that what they think is happening anyways
