Okay So I wanted to put a riser in my Warrior and did allot of reading and read that I could put a 2" riser in without changing my cables. I installed the riser but when I turn hard right the throttle cable tightens and the sled revs up uncontrollably. Anybody else experience this? Should I go back down to just a 1" riser or could I cut 1/2" off the 2" riser and solve the issue?

Reposition or reroute the cable, or try to tip your bars ahead slightly. You can also roll the throttle assembly forward or back on the bar itself.

I have the bars tipped as far ahead as I can. I never thought about rolling the throttle assy. Thanks carsrtoys4me.
Another funny thing I did find out was if the bars were tipped back to far the sled would not start it would just roll over but not fire up. Would that be the TORS causing this?

Your welcome, when installed my riser I had to adjust everything a few times to get it right. As far as the Tors, im not sure, never had an issue with that.

Did you re-route the throttle cable under the handlebar? That will free up some space. Afterwards, check your throttle free play. You shouldn't have issues starting after adding a riser and everything is within spec.

I had to reroute my throttle cable also and adjust my throttle assembly too. It will work it just needs a bit of tweeking.

My next question is I now have a gap between my tank cover and handle bar cover. Where can I get a cover for this gap? I have seen chrome ones to fill the gap.

Look up the parts diagram for a 2006 nytro. There is an OEM yamaha rubber piece that will fit there. I've done the same and ordered the piece, just haven't gotten around to installing it yet.
