RMAX 2 r-spec shocks

Fox shocks with 1,2,3 compression settings dual springs from factory.
Where are you guys setting up your spring settings for trail riding?
Front tender springs are coul bound sitting on ground.

I ride my RMax 4 on 1. Tenders are on stock and are coil bound in back. Need different helper springs.
