Rtx Sidewinder part numbers

Does anyone know where I can get the part numbers for my Rtx Le? My dealer said Yamaha has been giving him the run around. The Mtx is available but nothing else. He said they are working on it. I'm trying to get insurance claim estimate and without the exact part numbers my claim is in limbo. I understand not having the parts but not having part numbers is inexcusable! Very frustrating. I understand it's a new model but the first season is almost over.

Hi bro,as you may know my sled got wreacked Dec 7th and it is now feb 8th and still no parts,other than the plastic the 162 mtx works out ok,i have ordered all my parts so far from Babbitts out of the mtx fish,i am now waiting on the tunnel front section,as the tail is way to long,but I found out today that the tunnel has to come freight because of its size,so my shipping went up from 29 bucks to an other 100 bucks more,and now I have to wait till freight calls me on delivery time,p/n 8KC-F1911-00-00 hope it fits.

It's a complete joke. They are trying to determine if mine is cost effective to repair or just total out. Yamaha rep was supposed to get them all the numbers by 3pm on mon and still nothing. They sent them a bunch of cat numbers but my dealer wants the correct numbers just in case they decide to fix it. I have no faith in Yamaha anymore. I'm still waiting on my goggle bag and tunnel bag I ordered in Nov. I have a hard time believing they will have all the parts I need by next fall to even repair my sled. As good as the sled is it's only as good as the company who stands behind it.

Man I am sure feeling the same way as you are my friend,i once had a lot of faith in Yamaha,but not any more,they are now sounding a lot like cat,cat screwed me once on my 2013 turdbo and now Yamaha cant even come through on some goodfaith money to help out a verygood customer,i told her I have spent in excess of 130,000 dollars sense 2003 rx1 with 4-wheelers sleds and other stuff,but she did not give a darn,was not her problem,piss poor attidude.

I'm a dealer and I agree what a joke. Trying to get parts that is on BO is one thing but not having any part numbers at this point still. Come On.

Thankfully we are a cat dealer so most of the vital parts we have needed we were able to get through CAT that cross over from the 9000's (Shocks, spindle, steering column, etc)

In my eyes Yamaha has delivered a great unit to us, but has done very little to back it up. ( Accessories, Parts, Bullitens, misinformation & Etc.) Has been a issue.

I'm also very frustrated!!!

My dealer contacted me this morning and he received a parts fisce this morning for my Rtx Le and that my estimate would be done today. Hopefully Yamaha is finally getting these part numbers ready for the public!

Did you show a pic of your sled right after you flipped it,from the ice heave? I could of sworn your sled had a lot of white and a little blue? Looked like my boys LTX-SE color sceem,but you said LE I thought the limited sleds were only in dark blue like mine or red and white? Am I missing something,cause I need RH side panel and bottom piece to complete my sled build,and the 162 that has been listed on babbitts is a blue SE
