rx-1 max rpm

I have a 05 rx-1 er-le & I had to put a new used primary clutch on it the clutch is from a 08 nytro I put the rx-1 weights in it & it only revs 9000 rpm is this correct or should it rev higher? I would also like to know if I can run the nytro weights? Any help would be great
