Rx warrior idle set problem

I have a rx warrior that I need to turn up the idle. When i turn it up then hit the throttle the engine sticks on high idle and does not go back down. I can turn the engine off and then it goes back to normal idle. Would this be dirty carbs? Not sure where to go with this.

does it drop when you add a bit of choke to it?

Il have to look into it. My friend told me he played around with the throttle adjustement so I'm going to start there and set it properly.

just checked and it does not.

start with a carb clean then and make sure all the o-rings and gaskets are in place on the carb slides as they are vacume operated.
