Guys like you make TY feel like a family. I should have it up and ready for Saturday we have the snowmobile races in town this weekend and it would be fun to ride the sled there.

Well just after a week from getting hit I have the sled ready to ride for next weekend.

Had the day off from work and since I'm able to move my arm because of the cortisone shot Im getting some riding in. I left from Sheboygan yamaha and went west to the marsh for lunch my favorite Place to eat on the sled. Then rode north Rockville on to St Nazie over to Cleveland and then home. Trails are in poor condition because of the wind blowing all the snow around the last few days. Sled is running good but I think I will need to check the donuts this summer.

Well someone put a big hole in the trail. Lol Its got to be over 200 feet deep.

on Saturday I went for a little ride and found myself on the river which was fun. After I met the wife to pick up my daughter to take her home on the sled.

This is the year of thing going bad. Lol On Friday I rode to the marsh for lunch (my favorite place to go on the sled). Had one of the best cheese steak in the state then jumped on the sled to run up to St. Cloud for gas and thats when all hell happened. The bolt that holds the bracket for torsion spring snap and let the spring unwind and bending the spring leaving me sitting there. Thats when the MacGyver In me kick into action. Using a zip tie and shoelace I was able to ride the sled back to the truck over 30miles.

Spent Friday night I the man cave fixing the sled. I was un able to fine a new one for this weekend so I bent the spring back and man can I tell you what that was a workout.

Well after fixing the issue with the spring I took the sled out for a ride and got 72 miles issue free. The trails were ok but very icy had a few close calls. If we dont get more snow soon the trails will close to protect the winter crops. Stop and talk with a few ice fishers to see how the fish was and all I heard was about how thick the ice is (33"-40") in some spots. After that I took the nytro out for some top speed runs and pulled 100.1 mph on GPS.
