Can someone help with the proper washer placement on 09 Apex gt? Between the secondary and bearing there are 2 washers , one is flat and the other is not. Which way does the non flat washer go on the shaft?

the washer that looks like it is milled out a little go's on first, withe the milled out side toward bearing, (it will fit over the collar ), next is the 1.6 thick washer, next secondary, then the two washers that are .5 thick

Washers can be various sizes and quantities to adjust the clutch offset (the amount that the secondary is offset from the primary). There are specs for that in the manual.

a new 06 sled would come with two .5 shim washers and the thicker washer on the outside. If you are missing one of the .5 shims on the outside, your clutch will be OK, ( NOT PERFECT ) The secondary clutch has a little movement in & out. this is normal. As YammyRX1 said, lots of adjusting can be done with a clutch alliment tool to get it Perfect.

Mine is an 09. Do you know what it might have come with? The microfiche shows 2 shims one .5 and the other 1.0 . If the 06 came with two .5 shims maybe they just changed it to one 1.0 shim?

46 ft lbs torque on the secondary bolt, and not positive on your 09 apex gt shims.
