Secondary injector placement?

Was wondering about secondary injector set ups. Pre throttle bodies in intercooler or post throttle bodies in a spacer between motor and throttle bodies which is better?

I keep checking this post for a reply’s as to best placement if I was to guess I’d put it in the tube after the intercooler before the plentum not sure though
