Secondary spring

I have a 2018 Sidewinder 129” stock except for studs. Looking at putting a Sting Ray Mods reverse helix and weights primary setup in . Any suggestions on secondary spring and settings? Not going for top speed into fast twisting woods riding. Plan on using his shock spring also.Any other mods for this style of riding would be appreciated. I weigh 190 pounds
