A lot of the members on here are from the US, and often talk about Hygear revalves. I live in Canada, and I found Shocktec online. I gave Frank a call, and he gave me instructions to pack up my shock and sent it down. He called me when he was ready to work on my shock, asked me about my weight and riding style.
I was just wondering if anyone here has had any experience with Shocktec. The revalve is already done... The services was great! I just want some opinions on their experience ridiing with Shocktec's revalve for the Yamaha Mono.

Thanks guys, I'm looking forward to trying it out.
I had a problem bottoming the rear, not so much the front. Scotty, do you see any major advantages in having the fronts revalved too?

Had him do my shock twice. The first time was a total overhaul, there is no doubt that the shock was not doing anything before the rebuild. The second time was an oil change and a some tweaks to the setup. I can tell you though at 7000km they need to to be have the oil changed.

Had frank do both mine and my brothers 3 shocks last year. the difference is incredible, no more bottoming except when getting some pretty big air. rides real smooth in the choppy stuff also. My buddies on their polaris love the ride compared to theirs. Would highly recommend shocktec to anyone.

Peak Velocity in Claremont Ontario is suppose to be excellent, lots of peeps at freedomsledder and the PPSC use him exclusively and have great luck.

before i had my floats done i tried running them down in pressure and found the sled liked to roll in corners unless i pumped them up to 75psi, when i spoke to frank he told me he does a revlave to make them better and i would be able to run them down around 50psi no problem, i also installed a 13mm swaybar, now the sled is flat in the corners.
