I have a 07 phazer, standard model, it has about 750 miles on it and it will blow a fuse after going through rough stuff or over jumps. Then after pulling it or moving it around you can replace the fuse and drive alittle longer. Then the green ignition fuse will blow again and keep blowing them, as soon as you turn the key, until moving the sled around abit more. The fuse is the green ignition one in the box next to the battery. Anyone have any ideas what is causing the short? To bad this happened after trailering it 250 miles to ride.

Sounds to me you have a bare wire somewhere that is shorting out when grounding out on the frame. It must not be in contact with the frame/motor all the time but only when certain bumps jar the harness or wire around. Does the sled still run, and you only have a problem when you need to start it up after shutting down?

Yes it runs normal until it gets bumpy or going over jumps then it shorts out. I was thinking the same thing about the bare wire it's at the dealer right now hopefully it doesn't take more than one try.

Still at the dealer they can't find the problem. They can't even get it to short out again. Now they'll probably try too tell me it's fine until it happens out in the middle of nowhere again.

wiring problems are always a nightmare

Yes especially if intermittent. My bet would be something attached to the handlebars.
