I have an 18 RTX 50th, I purchased a cover from my dealer, and when I got it home it says on the box it’s for an LTX and XTX.
Is there a specific Cover for the 129 RTX? Or will the LTX One fit fine??
Any info is appreciated. Thanks in advance.

I tried to get a 50th Anniversary cover for my 18 RTX 50th Anniversary Sled and was told by the dealer because only ten 18 RTX 50th Anniversary Sled were sold in Canada that this cover would not be made available to Canadian purchasers.
Either the dealer where I purchased the 18 RTX 50th Anniversary Sled was blowing smoke- which wouldn't surprise me in the least- or Yamaha Canada couldn' be bothered. Either way, I couldn't get one, which was another strike against Yamaha Canada.

So maybe there’s just an LTX Cover and that’s it? I looked on line and there is an RTX VERSION, but who knows if there actually is one??

The cover should fit other then the decals being different. They are identical machines other then track lengths ..

Isn’t the actual chassis a few inches longer on the 137?? Or no??
The cover is a 50th Anniversary that I have so the graphics are the same on the cover. I was just wondering if there was actually one for an RTX. Or do the RTX abd LTX Use the same cover?

Yes the tunnel is longer to accommodate the longer track. If the graphics are identical to the ltx then I would assume they would be for both machines. All Sidewinders use the same bodywork other then graphics and colours.
My mistake I was thinking of another thread where he was asking about the side panels for the sidewinder but I believe my LTX cover just goes over the edge of the seat not the rear bumper so the RTX and Ltx should be the same. I will be putting my cover on later today and can confirm.

I just put my cover on and it actually stretches over the rear bumper so it might be too long for your Rtx.

Yes, thats what I was thinking. I’m gonna try it, if it’s just a tad big it’s not a big deal cuz it’s in an enclosed trailer...so it won’t be whipping around in the wind on an open trailer..I use it mostly to cover sled overnights when sitting outside during trips.

View attachment 135686 This is how it fits on an RTX, wouldn’t want it any smaller.
Yes, just put mine on for the first time, and it fits just like that... I’m pleased too. I saw the same cover on an LTX(for which it’s supposedly made for according to the label on the box), and it didn’t have the indent(slight slack) behind the seat like ours do. But That doesn’t bother me at all...gonna stick with this one. Thank you for the picture too..cuz mine looks the same.
