Anybody gave any thought to using a hole saw and putting a 1 inch hole directly below the plug so you can access it without out trying to squeeze a wrench in or remove the muffler , like really such a simple fix wouldn't you say and put a rubber plug in there to keep the snow out

Just make the side panel removable. Makes it a no mess situation and makes chain case maintenance much eaiser.

Look up @ROCKERDAN 's build thread he has a great write up on making panel removable. Hole saw is only good for oil drain but panel removal is good for all the maintenance.

such a crap season last year. I was lucky to get to Qc late season. Still only got 1450 miles on the odo.
