I decided to finally get around to building a collapsible and stow-able sled hoist. Not to lift the whole sled...but just to lift the back up, or the front. Nothing too glamorous....but workable.

I used steel rectangular tube, and set it in Rapid Track or something. The side posts are held steady with the same stud holder for the Track, but with the bottom notched out.

I then used drift pins and hitch pins to hold vertical supports in place. Note: I’m not planning on playing gymnast games, only raise the sled up. Second goal was to not over-think it, not over spend, and not jerk around wasting time on a simple hoist. I don’t plan on sticking my head under the track, obviously.

Anyway.....pics: Cross beam stored at front ramp, as I don’t use the ramp up there.
