Looks like my battery was defective. My dealer asked me to charge it for 24 hours @2Amps and try it again. I did and it cranked strong but did not start. After the 2nd and 3rd try to start it the battery charge dropped way off. My charger set multiple "bad cell" codes when I started charging. I had 12.6 volts initially, and after 24hours it went to 12.9, yet would not start the sled. My dealer had me then bring it in and they checked it and agreed that it was defective. So They are charging a new battery and it will be fully charged and ready for pickup tomorrow. I hope that does the trick. Trails opened today and the nearby lake is frozen deep now with the sub zero weather. Hoping all is good so I can do a few checkout runs before heading up to Hayward WI in a couple weeks.

Good to hear it was just the battery. Last I heard from the dealer, they had my sled in pieces trying to figure out what the issue was.Looks like my battery was defective. New battery fixed it. Fired right up. Dealer got a full charge in the old battery, but did see errors in their test as did I on my charger. My dealer did not want me to pick up the replacement battery until it was fully charged so I waited a day. Warranty covered the replacement.
Mods, I hope your "no start" sorted out.
Trails are open in my area so I hope to ride tomorrow afternoon for the first time and give it check it out for our trip to Northern WI in a couple weeks.

Guys, I just had issues with the solenoid on top of the battery. I could hear it clicking away, and there was a minimal amount of power to the starter that would turn for a second, then kill the lights on the dash as if the battery were toast. In this case, it was the solenoid.

The tech at my dealer told me my entire starter was basically F'd and that it somehow cracked. Was looking forward to riding this weekend for the first time...oh well lol.Guys, I just had issues with the solenoid on top of the battery. Picking up my sled today, they swapped out the whole starter. Pretty excited to take it for a spin tonight! I never asked if it will be covered by my factory warranty; I'll find out in a few hours.
