Hi,

I have a Grizzly 700 from 2011 and today the clutch/belt were slipping sometimes. It was very cold today, -26 degrees Celsius. when it slipped, after waiting a couple of minutes, it picked up again and was running fine for about 5 minutes, then it repeated it again. What is the problem?
Thanks,
Greg

Did you get water in the belt area and now its frost on the clutches?

That would be my guess as well. Take the drain plug out of the belt case and leave it in a heated garage overnight at minimum. You might need to take it apart and clean it and re grease the clutch.
