Got the first Sno Sport modded - 108" x 11.5" x 1.25" lug - plus phazer fairing.
Not too difficult ... new drivers (Yamaha Bravo 2.52" square shaft) + track (AD BOIVIN) + rails from a Yamaha Ovation / Bravo (108") cut down to fit, larger rear wheels.
Finally ran it around the parking lot today .... should be able to go places now ... waiting on new USI skis to get rid of the steel anchors.
