SNOW TRACKERS

I am going to try a set of snow trackers for the first time on my 2010 Apex. My question is, do I leave my skis shimmed, or do I take out the shims, before installing them.

Take out the shims under the rubber bumpers or the trackers won't work as designed. I made the mistake of leaving the bumpers in the first time, it was just like running single carbides, darting like mad. Took out the shims and all was well.
